 some help? Bring it to this "How Do I?" session.\n\nWant to help others 
 - or learn as the group discusses business problems? Yep. Come to this "
 How Do I?"\n\nWhat is a "How Do I?"\n\nA "How Do I?" is collaborative wo
 rkshop designed to help people with business problems by providing a ven
 ue to talk through that problem and get suggestions for solving it.\n\nW
 hy come to a How Do I?\n\nWhen facing problems we sometimes get stuck in
  a thought loop chamber and can’t break out. People outside the proble
 m can provide solutions we might not think of. Plus\, group efforts - es
 pecially with diverse groups - simply result in better outcomes. Someone
  who works on their own can find it especially hard to get such group in
 teraction - but not if you're a member of Cowork Frederick.\n\nOh - and 
 - these sessions are a great way to learn while listening to the discuss
 ion. Come listen\, learn\, and contribute. Don't think you're enough of 
 an "expert" to contribute? You might be surprised. Come see.\n\nHow It W
 orks\n\n 	Someone gets 5 minutes to describe a business problem.\n 	Then
  the group has 5 minutes to ask clarifying questions to make sure there'
 s a clear understanding of the problem (this sometimes leads to a redefi
 nition of the problem itself).\n 	Once the true business problem is conf
 irmed\, the group has 5 minutes to offer suggestions.\n 	Suggestions are
  not discussed in the session\; they are simply received with a "thank y
 ou". This avoids knee-jerk reactions to suggestions or getting caught in
  "analysis paralysis". The idea is for the "someone" to take time for th
 e suggestions to sink in and to consider how (and if) they should be app
 lied.\n 	We do this once a month and it's A-OK to bring a problem back\,
  with updates on what has been tried\, to a future session.\n 	Allowing 
 time for greetings\, transition\, and possible overruns (that the group 
 OK's)\, we can handle 3 business problems in each one-hour session.\n\nT
 he 3 Rules of "How Do I?"\n\nOutside of our usual Playground Rules\, the
 se three rules apply:\n\n 	Business problems only\n 	What’s said in th
 e room\, stays in the room (like Vegas\, but without the alcohol)\n 	Jud
