SUMMARY:INTERNATIONAL COWORKING DAY
DESCRIPTION:Join members of Cowork Frederick for a celebration of cowork
ing. August 9 is International Cowork Day. We're also celebrating Cowork
  Frederick's 7-year anniversary.\n\n Cowork with us FREE from 8AM to 5P
M\n Demolish your to-do list with our morning and afternoon work sprint
s\n Hang out with the cool kids (AKA a diverse community of techies\, c
reatives\, do-gooders\, and more)\n\nCowork Frederick will celebrate the
movement that is changing how we work with a nod to the daily routine e
stablished in the first coworking space. Our 7-year anniversary is just
around the corner\, so we're celebrating that too.\n\nWe have a full day
planned. Come any time after 8AM. Stay as long as you want (until the c
elebration ends at 7PM).\n\nRegister here.\n\nWe will open our doors at
8:00 AM and gather for breakfast and a brief chat to share our goals for
the day. Then everyone will grab a spot and hunker down to get some wo
rk done. To help\, we’ll join others around the world in doing work s
prints (AKA Pomodoros)\, two in the morning (10:00 and 10:30 am) and two
in the afternoon (2:00 and 2:30 pm). In between\, we’ll stretch our
legs with a walk to a local restaurant for lunch. The day is considered
the birthday of coworking so\, of course there will be birthday cake. W
e’ll break it out at 1:00 pm and also take a group picture. We’ll e
nd our work day at 5 pm with a happy hour and time to relax and socializ
 e.
