Above our coworking space in the 120 E Patrick St building are four fully furnished apartment suites that we rent, usually for longer stays of at least a week, but occasionally shorter-term. Guests who contact us directly and will stay at least three months can rent directly from us; most rentals are done through Airbnb. They handle the booking, payment, and collection of short-term rental taxes required by law.

- THREE NORTH: airbnb.com/h/frederick-private-suite-coworking. A one-bedroom, usually with a 7-night minimum stay, but we reduce it when there are gaps between reservations.
- THREE SOUTH: airbnb.com/h/cozy-downtown-suite-coworking. This is a studio. Usually has a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- TWO NORTH: (currently occupied by Glen and Julia – link coming summer of 2027)
- TWO SOUTH: airbnb.com/h/peaceful-private-downtown-suite. This is a studio. Usually has a minimum stay of 5 nights.
If the minimum stays above work for you, just go ahead and book on Airbnb.
If you are looking for a shorter-term stay, reach out to Julia to see if an exception can be made. You can either DM her in Slack, or click the “Message Host” button at the bottom of the listing (scroll WAY down).
If you are interested in a longer-term rental of at least 3 months, first make note of the following: Our apartments are not set up to be someone’s permanent residence. That said, you can receive mail here. The suites are (and will remain) fully furnished. We do not remove furniture, dishes, etc. to make room for a guest’s things. There will be a mid-term rental agreement requiring a minimum of three months of rent, even if the suite is not occupied that entire time.
Rent is $2100/mo for a one-bedroom and $1950 for a studio (optional on-site parking is $125/mo) and includes all utilities, internet, fresh towels and sheets weekly, professional cleaning monthly, and full-time access to the coworking space (flex desks and common areas, not a dedicated desk or office).
