All our offices come with:

  • Membership in our coworking community (events, Slack group, etc.)
  • 24×7 access* to a welcoming office space in downtown Frederick
  • Meeting room credits
  • Mail service (optional)
  • Access to shared color laser printer/copier/scanner
  • Access to the break room (coffee, tea, filtered water, soft drinks, snacks)
  • All utilities, including fiber-optic high-speed internet (wireless and wired)
  • No long-term lease
  • No surprise “triple net” amounts tacked on to your bill
  • No “nickel & dime” charges for things like printing

*after 30 days, if requested, until then you’d have access 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm)

Office you want not available? While you wait, consider a desk in our shared coworking space. Many people find they like the shared space experience. Plus, existing members have first dibs when an office becomes available.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our offices are for office work only and are not suitable for businesses that would have clients routinely coming in to receive services (make-up, massage, healthcare, therapy, etc.). Our front door is always locked and there is no receptionist. They are also not suitable for work that is noisy or involves hazardous (or just stinky) materials.
