About Cowork Frederick
Ferguson Holdings LLC operates under two DBA’s: Cowork Frederick and Nest Coliving.
Cowork Frederick helps remote workers and micro-biz owners be more successful by creating opportunities to connect, work, share ideas, and support each other. We provide a work-friendly environment, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and the usual office amenities. The downtown location is great too. But the best thing is the members of our community, who are genuinely interested in and care about each other. This creates a truly special work experience for those on our team.
Our popular meeting rooms are available for reservation by members, as well as the general public.
Nest Coliving provides apartment suites for those wanting a temporary place to stay – from 1 week to 1 year. Each suite has a small living/sleeping space, kitchen, and private bathroom and comes with access to the coworking space. The combination of coworking and coliving space provides a unique experience for people wanting to live, work, and play all under one roof.
Perks
Joining our team, as an employee or an intern, comes with some unique perks, including:
- Access to our space for your own projects, to meet with study groups, etc., 7 days a week.
- Invitations to events that range from “lunch and learns” to networking socials.
- Opportunities to connect with others who can share insights and experiences in a broad range of professions (software development, marketing, content creation, law, etc.).
About our Internships
Interested in gaining experience in a truly unique work environment? Like tackling challenges, bringing ideas to the table, and owning their execution? Need flexible hours? School credit?
Our internships provide an opportunity to learn while surrounded by and supported by people with a variety of skills. Internships typically last 12 weeks and start in June, September, and January, but can be extended. They are designed for class credit and are unpaid, but come with a stipend to help cover your transportation costs, etc. We will gladly adapt the internship as best we can to meet your school’s requirements for class credit.
