Mary Ford-Naill joined the City of Frederick in 2017 as its Economic Development Manager. With over 30 years’ commercial and residential real estate industry experience, her current role focuses on promoting business attraction and retention initiatives within the City.

Brain Boost is a FREE monthly brown bag event designed to build expertise, catapult the success of small businesses, and ensure equitable access to a wealth of knowledge.
We begin with a 30- to 40-minute educational talk. Then, with the help of a facilitator, participants engage in active conversation for up to 30 minutes so people benefit not only from the knowledge and experience of the speaker but also from others in the room.
