Cowork Frederick Members Only.

Community Cultivators are a group of Coworkers who want to actively participate in cultivating a really strong community at Cowork Frederick. We meet once a month to discuss a variety of topics.

Is this right for you?  Lets’ see.

• Are you a member of Cowork Frederick?
• Do you have special love for the Cowork Frederick community (and does it show)?
• Do you want to help shape our culture?
• Do you want to help make new members feel welcome and help them get connected into our community?
• Do you want to help us make good decisions about upcoming programs and events?
• Can you commit to attending a one-hour meeting once a month?

Being part of this group is voluntary. You can opt in for a while, then opt out. In fact, we believe a rotation of members in this group is healthy for the individual member, the group and the broader community. Want in? See  Julia.  In and want out?  Same.
