We usually put all the tables together to make one big table we all gather around for an amazing potluck. Some years, we’ve posted what we’re thankful for on a wall. Some years we’ve just said it out loud. We can come close to this traditional event with just a slight change. Bring a dish by noon and put it in the break room. Bringing some breakfast fare earlier is great too.

Instead of gathering closely around a table for a meal, we’ll just graze throughout the day on the amazing bounty. We’ll have a couple poster boards where you can post your note of gratitude. Markers and hand sanitizer will be nearby.

Won’t be here and want to participate? Post your note(s) of gratitude – online in Slack (we’ll have a #gratitude channel).
