Join other freelancers, solopreneurs, and micro-business owners for a discussion of relevant business topics.
We’ll gather each month to talk about topics like dealing with difficult clients, bookkeeping, marketing, and budgets, all from the perspective of running a micro business. No speaker, no panel of experts. Just people sharing what they know, asking questions, and learning from each other.
This would be a series of five monthly discussions., and you would be asked to participate in at least four of them. We would meet the second Wednesday of each month, from noon to 1 pm. Potential topics include:
Dealing with difficult clients (and when to fire them) | |
Bookkeeping (tools, techniques, when & what to outsource) | |
Building your brand (print, social, in-person networking, what works?) | |
Internships (pros/cons & how to make them work) | |
Invoicing & past-due collections |
