Anxious about the AI job apocalypse?

Fear not. The Fortune 1000 built their empires on software, and now they’re feeding it to AI. They’ve planted the seeds of their own undoing. This is the best time in a generation to be small, fast, and human. Come find out why.

BRING YOUR LUNCH AND LEARN

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Peter Laughter is a keynote speaker and three-time Moth StorySLAM winner who tells stories that help leaders let go, so their teams can turn disruption into abundance. With 25 years as an entrepreneur, including building an Inc. 500 firm, he speaks on why the age of agentic AI belongs to the small, the fast, and the human.

Join us for another great time of learning and connection, all part of our Brain Boost Lunch & Learn series.

Brain Boost is a FREE monthly brown bag event designed to build expertise, catapult the success of small businesses, and ensure equitable access to a wealth of knowledge.

We begin with a 30- to 40-minute educational talk. Then, with the help of a facilitator, participants engage in active conversation for up to 30 minutes so people benefit not only from the knowledge and experience of the speaker but also from others in the room.

It’s a mash-up of an educational talk and a mastermind group, meant to spark inclusive conversation and circulate the abundant knowledge within Frederick’s small biz community.
