Wayne Dorsey Is the founder an executive director of the Safe Ride Foundation, Frederick county’s only nonprofit working to stop drunk driving. Since their inception in 2015, Wayne has grown the organization from the ground up having prevented over 19,000 DUIs in Frederick County.
Max Moclock is the founder of Moonworks, helping businesses refine how they show up online, and making the process creative, collaborative, and clear. They guide rebrands and product launches that connect, inspire, and get results.

Brain Boost is a FREE monthly brown bag event designed to build expertise, catapult the success of small businesses, and ensure equitable access to a wealth of knowledge.
We begin with a 30- to 40-minute educational talk. Then, with the help of a facilitator, participants engage in active conversation for up to 30 minutes so people benefit not only from the knowledge and experience of the speaker but also from others in the room.
It’s a mash-up of an educational talk and a mastermind group, meant to spark inclusive conversation and circulate the abundant knowledge within Frederick’s small biz community.
